1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided when browsing the Site is not intended for distribution to any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to law. Those who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Product Origin: Our products are designed in Australia and manufactured in India.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4. PRODUCTS & PURCHASES

Pricing: Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. International customers are responsible for import duties.

Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We do not store complete credit card details.

Product Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. If an item is out of stock after ordering, we will offer a full refund.

5. RETURN POLICY (AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW)

Statutory Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

• We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items with tags within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include: systematic retrieval of data, tricking or misleading us, interfering with security features, and using the Site for commercial endeavours without approval.

By posting contributions (reviews, photos), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display such content. Reviews must be based on actual experience and must not contain offensive language.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably consent that the courts of New South Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months or AUD $100. You agree to indemnify us against any loss or damage arising from your breach of these terms.

We are Belasco Clothing, operating in compliance with Indian E-Commerce Rules. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Belasco Clothing.

1. COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN LAWS

These terms are drafted in compliance with the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. Your rights under these laws cannot be excluded.

2. PRODUCTS & PAYMENTS (INR)

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

Product Origin: Country of Origin: India. Manufactured by our partner facilities in India.

Payments: We accept UPI, Net Banking, Rupay, Visa, and Mastercard via secure payment gateways.

3. RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Defective Products: As per the Consumer Protection Act 2019, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for defective, damaged, or spurious products.

Return Window: You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 working days after the product is picked up and verified.

4. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTS

You agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that belongs to another person, is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
